Dear all,

Watery Starve will be a micro press dedicated to limited and unique releases of music, art, flash fiction and poetry.  Almost everything is ephemeral in the large scheme it seems.  Why not document some of this by less permanent means?  Small and unique pressings?  Each object in a pressing will be one-of-a-kind.

  For music, Watery Starve will focus on beautiful noise, collage, beat and electronic songwriting.  Especially if it uses field recordings.  And pop that sounds like the ocean.  For art and writings, let's say the same rules apply...

The first pressing in the catalogue will be a cassette compilation entitled Shadow Colors and Maybe Insects.  It was difficult to limit the first cassette to an hour of music, when there were so many incredible submissions.  There will be more in the future... so please keep in contact!
